3. Pricing & Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including applicable shipping and taxes, to your selected payment method.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom jewelry orders require a minimum of 14 business days to be crafted before shipping.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept exchanges.
However, we do accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unused and unworn items in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at newerajewelryco@gmail.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Custom or personalized jewelry is non-refundable and non-returnable.

6. Product Care

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry:

• Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.
• Remove before bathing, swimming, or sleeping.
• Store jewelry in the provided pouch or box when not in use.

We include a polishing cloth with each order to help maintain shine and finish.
