Q: Is your jewelry waterproof and tarnish-free?
A: Yes — the majority of our pieces are waterproof, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic, meaning you can wear them daily without worrying about fading or irritation.
However, certain delicate or specialty-plated designs may require extra care and will be noted in the product description.

Q: What materials are your pieces made from?
A: Most of our jewelry is made with high-quality stainless steel, 18K gold plating, or 925 sterling silver. These metals are long-lasting, durable, and skin-friendly for everyday wear.

Q: Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
A: Yes. All of our jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making it safe for sensitive skin.

Q: Do you use real gold or silver?
A: Our pieces feature real gold or silver plating over premium metals. This allows you to enjoy the same look and feel of fine jewelry without the high price tag.

Q: Do your pieces come with a warranty?
A: Every piece is quality-checked before shipment, and we stand behind our craftsmanship. While we don’t offer a formal warranty yet, we do replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective.

 

CUSTOM JEWELRY

Q: Do you offer custom pieces?
A: Yes! We offer custom nameplates and personalized designs for customers who want something truly unique.

Q: How long do custom orders take?
A: Custom pieces take approximately 14 business days to be crafted and finalized. Once complete, they will ship within 2–5 business days.

Q: Can I cancel or return a custom order?
A: Unfortunately, custom orders are final sale since they are made specifically for you. Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, standard U.S. delivery takes about 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes — express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery once your order has been processed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet, but we’re working on expanding shipping options soon. For now, we currently ship within the United States only.

Q: What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
A: Once a package is marked “delivered,” please check with your local carrier, neighbors, or building management first.
New Era Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, but we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking it down.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes — we accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn and unused items in their original packaging.
To request a return, email newerajewelryco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: No — we currently do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory and small-batch production. You can return your original item and place a new order instead.

Q: Can I return earrings or custom pieces?
A: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.

 

JEWELRY CARE

Q: How do I clean my jewelry?
A: Mix a small amount of mild soap with warm water and gently wipe your jewelry using a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
You can also use the polishing cloth provided with your order to keep your pieces shining.

Q: Can I shower or swim in my jewelry?
A: Most of our jewelry is designed to be waterproof, but we recommend removing more delicate or detailed styles before swimming or using strong soaps to preserve the plating longer.

Q: How should I store my jewelry?
A: Keep your jewelry in a dry, cool place — preferably in the New Era pouch or box provided.
Avoid humid environments (like bathrooms) to maintain shine and prevent moisture buildup.
