SHIPPING POLICY

At New Era Jewelry Collection, we take pride in ensuring that every order is carefully handled, beautifully packaged, and promptly delivered. Each item is thoroughly inspected and polished before shipment to meet our quality standards.

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
We currently ship within the United States only.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. New Era Jewelry is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Custom Jewelry Shipping

Custom pieces require a little more time and care.

  • Custom jewelry takes approximately 14 business days to be crafted before shipping.
  • Once completed, shipping takes an additional 2–5 business days (standard) or 1–2 days if you select express shipping at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking details once your custom order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, New Era Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction means everything to us. Each piece is handcrafted and inspected with care, but if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following terms:

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging.
To begin a return, contact us at newerajewelryco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. Due to limited inventory and small-batch production, we recommend placing a new order if you would like a different item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, earrings, custom orders, and final sale items cannot be returned.
